A childhood love of building laid the foundation for Holt Hobgood’s career. “I was obsessed with LEGOs as a kid,” he says. “That’s really where my passion for problem-solving and creating structure began.” Today, Holt brings that same mindset to his role as Strategic Account Executive at Capital Sign Solutions, where he helps guide clients through complex signage programs from concept to completion. With years of experience in design and production, Holt offers a deep understanding of how signage not only functions, but also enhances a brand’s visibility and voice. He collaborates closely with businesses across industries to deliver signage solutions that are both strategic and scalable. “Signs are an extension of a company’s brand, providing a 24-hour advertisement to communicate who you are and what you do as a business,” Holt says. “It’s rewarding to help our clients see the big picture and bring it to life.” Outside the office, Holt enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and their dog, hitting the ski slopes, and cheering on the NC State Wolfpack.
