See One of Our Latest Projects: Signage for Cabela’s

Last year, Core Properties of Charlotte contracted our team to develop monument signage for the state’s first Cabela’s, an outdoor goods megastore, at White Oak Crossing in Garner. We’re excited to say that this is only the beginning of our relationship with Core Properties, which named Capital Sign Solutions their preferred sign partner for the entire White Oak Crossing project.

Core Properties to Work Exclusively with Capital Sign Solutions on White Oak Crossing Signage

RALEIGH, N.C. May. 21, 2014 – When Core Properties of Charlotte was preparing for the opening of North Carolina’s first Cabela’s at White Oak Crossing in Garner, the company knew it needed a trusted partner to provide signage for the outdoor goods megastore.

“We interviewed three sign contractors and zeroed in on Capital Sign Solutions because they had the best understanding of what we were looking for,” said Rich Barta, Core Properties president and founder. “They had an intuitive sense of what we needed to do.”

The success of the Cabela’s project has made Capital Sign Solutions the preferred sign partner for Core Properties’ work on the White Oak Crossing project.

“We are thrilled to continue our relationship with Core Properties as they continue their work on the White Oak Crossing development,” said Patrick Mills, president and founder of Capital Sign Solutions.

“We are using them for everything we are responsible for, and we are suggesting that others do the same,” said Barta. “There are no misses or mistakes with Capital Sign Solutions. They are really top notch, and one of the best groups we have worked with.”

Mills said that the relationship with Core Properties is what the company strives for with all clients.

“Our goal is to establish long-term relationships with our clients so we can partner with them on all their signage needs for the life of their business,” said Mills. “We handle all phases of the sign process from design to permitting to manufacturing and installation.”

Mills started Capital Sign Solutions to give small local businesses the same quality signs and customer service available to large national corporations. He remains committed to serving small businesses, and the company’s reputation and word-of-mouth has won business from national chains including PDQ restaurants, Barre3, and Wine & Design. In the Triangle, Capital Sign Solutions has handled signage for major corporate relocations as well are rebranding efforts.

“Often a company’s sign is the first interaction clients and the public have with a brand,” said Mills. “We take that seriously and consider ourselves stewards of the company’s brand. We were very pleased to produce the signs for North Carolina’s first Cabela’s and for our ongoing relationship with Core Properties.”
