Capital Sign Solutions has recently completed a comprehensive sign package for Durham Bulls Athletic Park including unique and custom made signage, helping with the new image of the athletic park and their $19 million dollar renovation project before opening game day. Changes start at the front entrance of the park and continue into the dozen new concession options they have added, which Capital Sign Solutions provided hand-painted signs for. The concession signs were in the back of Capital Sign Solutions for weeks making sure everything was perfect and carefully taken care of and a painter was hired to paint the custom-made wooden signs. The team at Capital Sign Solutions then got together to load the signs on their trucks and deliver them to the DBAP to have them ready for game day.
Capital Sign Solutions’ hard work paid off as they were asked to complete another sign for concession stand Tequilleria de Toros, which would serve tacos to the baseball fans. They gladly worked over night on this project and had it ready for install the next day at the ball park.
The day of the opener Capital Sign Solutions also stepped up to help install the already produced letters for the front entrance of the park. They dropped everything they were doing in their office that day in order to get all of the lettering together for the entrance to the park and put them in a neat design to go on the brick wall. The installer for Capital Sign Solutions, with help from team members, were able to get these letters up around 4:30pm before all of the Durham Bulls fans starting rolling into the park.
Another unique piece to this sign package was the interior vinyl installed in the American Tobacco Suite of Mr. Goodman’s field. This is a scenic vinyl of the campus that will overlook the baseball field for those lucky enough to sit in it during game day. Capital Sign Solutions has done plenty of extensive signage work for American Tobacco Campus which line Goodman’s Field, visible for all of the baseball fans to see. Because they have done so much work with the campus they were thrilled to install the American Tobacco scenery in Mr. Goodman’s Suite.
In the past Capital Sign Solutions has provided honorable signage to line the brick wall entrance of retired team member’s jersey numbers, depicted in the picture below. These signs were not only revealed to thousands of fans when uncovered by the retired player’s at their retirement ceremonies, but to millions of viewers watching their player’s uncover these signs on sports and news networks.
Capital Sign Solutions extensive sign package to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park was finished in time for all of the fans to enjoy and for them to enjoy themselves as a team.
